Our Services

Drone Thickness Testing

Advanced ultrasonic thickness testing using our specialised Scout 137 drone to assess the condition and remaining wall thickness of steel assets, including within confined spaces and other difficult-to-access environments.

The drone can collect ultrasonic measurements from selected inspection points while also capturing high-resolution imagery and video. This allows areas of corrosion, erosion and material loss to be identified and documented without relying solely on traditional manual inspection methods.

By remotely accessing hazardous or challenging areas, drone thickness testing can reduce the need for human entry, scaffolding and specialised access equipment. The resulting data provides valuable insight into asset condition, supporting maintenance planning, repair prioritisation and informed decision-making.

3D LiDAR Imaging

High-accuracy 3D LiDAR scanning, mapping and modelling for industrial, mining, agricultural and commercial environments.

LiDAR technology captures detailed spatial data to create an accurate digital representation of assets, infrastructure and surrounding areas. Thickness testing locations and their associated results can be mapped directly onto the 3D model, making it easier to identify precisely where material loss or other areas of concern have been detected.

These interactive models provide a clear view of complex structures from multiple perspectives, allowing maintenance teams to locate inspection points, prioritise repairs and plan work more efficiently. The data can also support asset management, dimensional analysis, site assessments, project planning and ongoing condition monitoring while providing a valuable digital record for future comparison.

Drone Inspections

High-resolution drone inspections for equipment, infrastructure, buildings, land and other assets across mining, agricultural, industrial and commercial environments.

Using our versatile drone fleet, we capture detailed aerial imagery, video and inspection data from a range of perspectives—including elevated, expansive, confined and difficult-to-access areas. This can reduce the need for manual access, scaffolding and elevated work platforms while limiting operational disruption and personnel exposure to potential hazards.

Our inspections can assist with identifying visible damage, deterioration, corrosion, wear and other areas of concern. The clear, practical data we provide supports asset condition monitoring, maintenance planning and informed decision-making.

Data Reports

The Scout 137 drone enhances inspection capabilities by generating comprehensive reports that include high-resolution LiDAR 3D imaging, 4K video, and detailed photographs. It can geo-tag points of interest, ensuring precise data collection for asset management and maintenance planning. Additionally, all collected data is securely stored and can be accessed via a shared file system, allowing seamless collaboration and informed decision-making across teams. This advanced reporting capability ensures that stakeholders have real-time insights into structural integrity, wear analysis, and potential risk areas—without the need for physical inspections.
