Our Technology

Specialised Thickness Testing Drone

Our specialised inspection drone is designed for challenging industrial environments, including confined spaces and areas that may be difficult or hazardous for personnel to access. Its tethered system provides continuous power during flight and allows the drone to operate in GPS-denied environments while capturing high-resolution visual data, ultrasonic thickness measurements and 3D inspection data.

Inspection findings and testing locations can then be recorded against the asset, helping provide a clearer picture of asset condition and supporting more informed maintenance planning.

DJI Mini 4 Pro Drone

Compact, lightweight and highly capable, the DJI Mini 4 Pro is ideal for aerial inspections, site overviews and general asset photography where flexibility and manoeuvrability are important.

Its 48MP camera and 4K video capability allow us to capture clear, detailed imagery of roofs, structures, equipment and surrounding areas, while its small size makes it quick to deploy across a wide range of locations. It is a versatile part of our fleet for both inspection work and general aerial imagery.

DJI Mavic 4 Pro Drone

The DJI Mavic 4 Pro is a high-end aerial photography and videography drone, giving us greater flexibility when image quality and creative capability are the priority. Featuring a triple-camera system led by a 100MP Hasselblad camera, along with medium and long telephoto cameras, it allows us to capture everything from wide establishing views through to detailed imagery from further away.

With high-resolution photography and up to 6K video, it is ideal for promotional content, events, commercial projects, property and location imagery, as well as detailed external asset photography.

Data Portal

Once your PDF inspection report has been issued, you will receive a separate email inviting you to access your inspection data through the Portal.

From there, you can explore the inspection findings in more detail, review identified points of interest, and view associated imagery, 3D data, videos and ultrasonic thickness-testing results.
